Our first February meeting falls on Valentine's Day, and we are blessed to have some wonderful married couples come and share their marriage wisdom with us in a Valentine's "Marriage Panel." We need YOUR help coming up with questions to ask our panel!
Please be thinking about questions you may have. You will have a chance to hand them in at Thursday's (01/24/13) meeting. Your questions can be anonymous. If you'd like, you may also email them into Shelley at fillerup@clearwire.net.

Some ideas to get your minds thinking are:
What are your best tips for resolving conflict?
What are some creative date night suggestions?
What specifically do you do to make time for each other?

Character Resources to use with your children
Mandy Hoffard spoke at MOTS today and had a stack of character resources she used with her kids. We'd like to share them with you!
Miller Family Storybooks - Stories in the life of the ‘Miller family’ in which character lessons are learned. She said good for all but her boys really liked them. Age 4-5 on up.
Uncommon Courtesy for Kids - A Training Manual for Everyone - Different manners lessons. They would role play the different scenarios.
Rules for Young Friends - Same author as above. For use when having to deal with neighbor kids and friends.
For Instruction In Righteousness - This looked pretty cool. Seems like a concordance for addressing character/behavior issues with scripture.
Young Peacemaker - They are going through this now, Mandy loves it. For older elementary kids.
Bible Stories to Read - Daily bible story book for young kids with questions and corresponding coloring pages.
If-Then Chart - The "If…Then" chart.
www.chartjungle.com - Chart site Mandy loves.
www.JustMommies.com - General mom info site she uses.
